Questions before you go live?

What counts as a “minute”?

Minutes are measured per second of talk time on inbound or outbound voice calls. Calls to voicemail, dropped at 0 seconds, or handled entirely by transfer don’t count toward your cap.

Can I bring my own phone number?

Yes. Forward your existing line or port your number to us. On Growth and above you can also bring your own Twilio account.

What happens if I go over my plan?

We warn you at 80% and again at 100%. Overage minutes and messages are billed in transparent per-unit increments — no surprise invoices. You can also set a hard cap in your dashboard.

Is my data used to train AI models?

No. Your customer conversations and knowledge base are not used to train any shared models. Every account is isolated.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. No contracts on Starter, Growth or Business. Cancel from your dashboard and we’ll prorate your remaining days. 30-day money-back guarantee on your first paid month.

Do you offer annual billing?
